     Let's talk about boxers ...............

No doubt the boxer to come to the place it deserves, one of the most popular breeds in the world and appreciated canine, which not been easy, just know a little about their history to realize the passionate work and dedication is to focus on race.

for example we might mention Mrs. Stockmann Friederum German breeder whose influence on race defined the Boxer as we know it would be too long to mention his work, just as defined trascribiré it to Boxer
`` The Boxer is a SHORT haired gentleman, who not only want to be fed with the best food BUT requesting to be treated in a civilized manner.

OBEY CAN EASILY WHEN YOUR TEACHER IS A SENSITIVE LEADER,

HARD HAND DOES NOT ACCEPT OR UNFAIR.

EVERY Boxer has its own personality.

REAL WORK IS TO BE A FAMILY DOG AND A GREAT FRIEND OF CHILDREN ``

He was also in raising Ms. Karen Rezewski

which was controversial in its time, I invite you to read is SIG article, please use the following link

Boxer history is extremely interesting, but also very long despite being a relatively new breed,

This is because from the beginning was to thoroughly followed its development, which also generated much controversy, but it is one of the breeds that currently generate more controversy, it can be seen in the many discussion forums here in Mexico, in Europe and elsewhere,

the point that more discussion is in the difference in types or styles, as most know, there is a boxer style American, European and English

these styles may come to seem very different, but when we compare balanced and typical examples of these styles actually see good representatives strongly resemble each other.

         American Boxer ..........
while it is true that in the American style can
appreciate a greater elegance, it is also true that it is very easy to fall into the refinement exaggerated, and often bring copies too light and lacking some important features as a proper pigmentation, too high, and low muscle mass, although this is more common in the northern neighboring country,
Here in Mexico, have managed to preserve important features in the boxer, the proof is receiving continued praise most breeders by American and Canadian judges
aging in America is primarily focused on achieving the highest possible elegance, is looking to be very bright in the exhibitions,

       EUROPEAN BOXER ....
In Europe the focus was instead to work, so the power plays an important role in most of the lines, so they are more massive, more temperamental, and somewhat less elegant.
My personal comment is that this type of boxer has better hair, better pigmentation, better bone and substance,
and why not say a temperament more decided, and easy to train to work.

     ENGLISH  BOXER  ....

Regarding the English boxer, we could say that the style is more moderate, not as stylized as the American, nor as massive as the European, very outgoing temperament, have characteristics somewhat more balanced, although recently, breeders lines with an enhanced European because their English were losing bone and substance.
These comments are based on my personal experience and comments from people familiar with the race, of course not be generalized, as each boxer is an individual, and maintains a unique personality, for example Marie Kay, female of our property, is a 100% American female, but has a fiery temper and very loud, and a head resembling conflexion English line,
either way I think the path we will take in our selection will use excellent representatives of these aspects, in order to bring specimens having the best possible of these styles,
to reach this balanced breed boxers who own beautiful characteristics, and also an excellent temperament
regarding consanguinity, although sometimes we think we could use it, the boxer breed and as such is well defined, although it is a relatively young race, and therefore the use of inbreeding is not compelling.
this tool as we might call it, is a double-edged sword, and although sometimes it can help produce litters very homogeneous and very beautiful specimens, can also weaken the genetics of some specimens, or reach setting unattractive features,
Besides genetics bring our boxer, to develop to the fullest their attributes, special attention should be given to the .......

      FOOD:
This should be based primarily on meat and the like, ie animal protein,
from experience suggest using Super Premium Food type in the veterinary is where you can get it, currently use the mark ROYAL CANIN, and Diamond has given us excellent results,
in some specimens used BARF feeding type rather eat the dog food in a natural environment, for example: raw chicken, beef, offal, eggs, oil and all this yet and bone, a bit of grain, vegetables and frutas.complementando with capsules of cod liver oil (Omega 3.6)

most think that a raw bone will give problems to a boxer, but they have excellent teeth and very powerful digestive juices, is a diet that works great, but when you have enough copies are difficult to obtain, sometimes expensive, and is to be on the lookout when they eat because they can trigger fights,
so we try to give them food in kibble. Recommend food where the first ingredient is protein., Chicken or lamb, premium food like Royal Canin, Diamond. Eukanuba. etc

Karen Rezewski

Eukanuba. etc.
